Piyush Bansal was born on September 21, 1998, in India. From a young age, he displayed a natural curiosity, determination, and a strong drive to learn. His schooling nurtured his problem-solving abilities and entrepreneurial mindset, laying the foundation for his ambition to create meaningful impact.

Eager to broaden his horizons, Piyush pursued higher education in fields aligned with his entrepreneurial vision. He earned a Bachelor of Architecture in Interior Design from Chandigarh University (2016–2021), gaining a solid grounding in design, planning, and architectural principles. During his third year at Chandigarh University, he was recognized as a Dnyarchy Wolf, reflecting his leadership, initiative, and entrepreneurial spirit even as a student. He further enhanced his expertise by completing a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Heriot-Watt University Dubai, equipping him with advanced knowledge in property development, investment strategies, and market dynamics.

On May 15, 2024, Piyush began his professional journey in Dubai by joining a real estate company. Within months, he achieved a remarkable milestone by closing seven plots in a single day, demonstrating his exceptional sales skills, strategic thinking, and determination. This early success marked a rapid rise in his career and laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial ventures.

Building on this momentum, Piyush founded Lykans Realty on March 13, 2024. The company was established with a vision to deliver innovative, technologically advanced, and customer-centric solutions in Dubai’s real estate market. This step cemented his position as a young entrepreneur and reflected his commitment to shaping the industry with integrity, vision, and leadership.
